As all PNG images on OngPNG are derived from network users to share, OngPNG does not have sufficient monitoring capabilities to review whether there are infringement and other circumstances. The user should consciously abide by the copyright law and other relevant laws and regulations and shall not infringe the legal rights of this site and the right holder. Infringing users should bear full responsibility for any losses to OngPNG and any third party.
OngPNG is in compliance with 17 U.S.C. ยง512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). It is our policy to respond to any infringement notices and take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws. As all of OngPNG’s content is user-submitted, some of it will inevitably be the work of others. We strive to respect copyright law, so if you own the rights to an image you find on the site, you can contact us at ongpng.com(at)gmail.com with details to have the relevant images removed. We can also add you to an upload blacklist to prevent this from happening in the future.
OngPNG encourages users to monitor the work on the site. When the copyright owner files an infringement allegation and produces sufficient copyright documents, OngPNG will engage in an investigation, and the infringing works will be deleted a few days after the infringement is confirmed.
Without the permission of OngPNG, no one can use OngPNG to copy or imitate the site or non-OngPNG server to establish a mirror. OngPNG’s logo, source code, and all the page layout design are copyrighted by OngPNG. The unauthorized use of these materials is not allowed for any site other than OngPNG.
